This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made between the institute of Business Management, institute of Business Management, a statutory institute incorporated under laws, institute of Business management Act, 1997, through its office at plot No. 84 Mian Ibrahim Hyder Road, Korangi Creek, Karachi, Pakistan (herein after referred to as “The institute”) which expression shall main and include its successor-in-interest and assigns) and the SBK Women’s university Quetta Act, 2004, acting through Thana Berwary Road, Quetta, hereinafter referred to as “University”, and having perpetual succession and a common seal, may sure and be used by the aforesaid name. The institute and the University, hereinafter, shall be collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “party”, and the context whatsoever it permits and requires.
